The Petite Conciergerie will take care of all the necessary preparations to make your home a successful holiday rental, including photographing your property, creating and managing your holiday listing on the various online rental platforms
We will welcome your guests personally to make sure they have the best experience possible and then organise an inventory and inspection of the property upon departure before it is professionally cleaned

The Petite Conciergerie was born from my desire to be in contact with people and to help them manage and make the most out of their property. With my professional background in customer service and marketing, I am confident that I will be able to attend to your needs.
Originally from the nearby town of Vence, I am widely travelled, and spent 10 years living in Australia before recently deciding as a family to return to France and create a new life here.
I am passionate about decoration and with the help of my handyman partner we have now successfully renovated 3 properties and in addition to our current house in Tourrettes Sur Loup, we own a rental property in Australia that we continue to manage ourselves.
